Roarsome Summit:
Line Up 2024

Friday 17th May

The Summit begins on the Friday and we expect people to arrive throughout the day to either set up their tents, their campervans or check in to their Luxury Bell Tents, pre-erected by the brilliant Browning Bros.

Micro Festival Wagons will be on hand to help set up camp!

Everybody will get a goody bag including the itinerary, a site map, a treasure map & some tasty snacks from Pip Organic & Freddie’s Farm!

For those willing to pay a little extra, Wavehunters will be running Dolphin Spotting Boat Trips at 3pm, 4.15pm & 4.45pm. These guys regularly spot whales, dolphins and other marine life on their excursions!

Alternatively on Friday afternoon, you might want to use a discount voucher to book an invigorating Sauna by the Sea, combined with some cold water immersion in the Atlantic Ocean!

Good for the soul and a fantastic way to escape your digital devices and prepare your body & mind for a weekend of outdoor adventure!

Later in the evening we’ll have wood fired pizza from Wild Bake, drinks from Porthilly Spirits and lawn games including Giant Jenga, Giant Connect 4, Croquet and Boules as we watch the sun set from the campsite.

saturday 18th May

Saturday is the big day.

We’ll wake up to breakfast served by Rockmoor who will be providing pastries, bacon baps and coffee from their beautiful coffee cart each morning from 7am - 9am.

Parents can then drop the kids off at Kids Club with Wild Warriors on Baby Bay (which includes rock pooling, cave exploring and fire making) before enjoying the option of yoga, fitness, a guided hike, or group surf lessons with Wavehunters on the beautiful Polzeath Beach!

After the morning’s activities we’ll all take a break for lunch. Others can join the legend Bill Bartlett for a therapeutic Big Beach Art Class, using rakes to create geometric patterns on a huge scale which will be captured by drone footage.

In the afternoon we’ll head back to the campsite where the Roarsome Gamesmaster, Paul Roberts of Sport Society will have prepared a Roarsome Olympics and some fun Football Challenges.

In the evening, Gypsy Kitchen Polzeath will host a huge Roarsome Feast, while Porthilly Spirits run the bar, serving local draught beer on tap, wine and cocktails at reasonable prices!

Menu Options

Chicken & Chorizo Paella
Veggie Paella
Kids Paella or Hot Dogs

The Paella will be gluten free and dairy free

Sunday 19th May

To complete an epic weekend, there will be a big Beach Clean on Sunday morning hosted by Green Folk and Waterhaul at Daymer Bay.

We’ve done this before and not only is it lots of fun, it’s also very educational, empowering kids to care for their planet.

We can’t wait to see you all there!

Can’t make it?

Don’t worry, the next best thing is booking a stay on one of our converted American School Buses. We have two epic new locations to choose from along with a host of curated activities to enjoy.
